Setting up your microphone and speakers for calls

Last updated on May 12, 2022
You can set your headset, microphone, or speakers to be used during a call within the desktop and web app and the Phone desktop app. You’ll need to configure your Video meeting microphone and speaker settings separately.

Before following these steps, make sure your microphone or headset drivers are successfully installed. Refer to any user manuals or the manufacturer’s support site if needed.

  2. Go to Settings > Notifications and audio in the left navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down to Audio input.
  4. Slide the toggle to disable Automatically adjust my mic level.
