Number: View the phone number assigned to the IVR menu.
Name: Type the name of the direct number.
Number Type: Choose between Voice and Fax or Voice.
Site: Where the IVR menu is located. This cannot be configured in the mobile app.
Call to this number will be connected to: Choose where calls made on the number will be routed.
Select extension: Select the IVR menu for the direct number.
Configuring IVR menu Call Handling
Admins can also modify the Call Handling settings for every IVR Menu.
Navigate to Admin tools.
Tap Phone System.
Tap on a selected IVR menu you want to manage.
Tap Call Handling to modify the IVR menu’s call handling settings.
Key Presses: Choose what happens when a caller presses a selected number while connecting to the extension.
Generic Key Presses: Choose which call handling settings you want to use. Select Use default settings if you want to use your company’s General IVR Settings. Select Specify to modify the IVR menu’s key press settings.
