Switching between call audio sources in the app

The app allows you to switch your speaker and microphone audio sources at any time within the app, even while on a live call.

Switching audio sources on a call

If you’d like to switch your audio sources while on a live call, follow these steps:
  1. Select the Audio button to reveal a dropdown menu of audio settings.
  2. Click on the Microphone source menu to drop down a set of microphone options.
  3. Select the microphone source you’d like to use for your microphone.
  4. Click on the Speaker source menu drop down a set of speaker options.
  5. Select the speaker source you’d like to use.
  6. Click anywhere outside the dial pad to close the Audio dropdown menu.
Once you’ve switched your audio source (for either microphone or speaker), the change will be automatic, allowing you to use the new audio sources in your call.
