Viewing your call history in the mobile app

Your call history will give you access to view your inbound, outbound calls, and missed calls.
To see your call history and the different call transactions, tap Phone in the bottom menu bar and navigate between the Recents and Voicemail tabs.

Viewing all calls

If you’d like to view all your calls, simply tap Recents. This section lists all of your inbound, outbound, and missed calls. The Voicemail tab lists all voicemails received. 
You can also filter your call history by tapping the filter icon and choosing between All or Missed calls. 
You can use the Search recent calls field to look up a contact’s name or phone number.
The Recent calls page lists your calls by most recent, and in addition to the name and number of the caller, you will also see one of the following call types:
  • Inbound calls: These are the incoming calls you have received on your number.
  • Outbound calls: These are the outgoing calls you have made using the app.
  • Missed calls: These are the calls you missed when someone called your number.
