Installing RingCentral Scheduler Outlook add-in as a user | Vodafone

The RingCentral Scheduler Outlook add-in makes scheduling meetings in Outlook easy. With this Outlook add-in, you can quickly add a meeting to any new or existing calendar event. This add-in also works for the Outlook desktop app as well as the Office 365 version of Outlook.
After installing the RingCentral Scheduler Outlook add-in, users can:
- See the Outlook Scheduler add-in in both the desktop app and Office 365 version.
- Assign someone else as a delegate to schedule a meeting on their behalf and choose their level of permission.
- Schedule a meeting on someone else's behalf.
- Manage someone else's calendar if they have permission.
Note: If you are an admin looking to deploy the RingCentral Scheduler to all your users, please see this article. Users can still install the RingCentral Scheduler add-in to their Outlook even if an admin has not deployed it for them.
Supported versions of Outlook
This add-in supports the following versions of Outlook for desktop or Web browser access:
- Windows: Outlook version 1910 (build 12130.20272) with an Office 365 subscription.
- Mac: Current UI (with an Office 365 subscription). No Outlook client app version required.
- Web browser: Modern Outlook UI when connected to Exchange Online: Office 365 subscription. No Outlook client app version required.
How to install RingCentral Scheduler in Outlook
- Open the Outlook desktop or web app.
- If you’re using the new Outlook UI, click the ellipsis icon in the top bar, then select Get Add-Ins
OR
If you’re using the old Outlook UI, click Get Add-Ins at the top of the app.
If you’re using the old Outlook UI, click Get Add-Ins at the top of the app.
- Search for RingCentral Scheduler in the search bar at top right.
- Click Add underneath the app.
Once you’ve added the RingCentral Scheduler, you can schedule your RingCentral Video sessions directly within Outlook.
