Enabling or disabling premium destination calls on your online account

Last updated on May 02, 2022
Premium-rate telephone numbers are numbers for telephone calls where certain services are provided and charged higher than the regular call rate. Unlike typical phone calls, calls to these premium domestic numbers will be charged at the cost indicated on the call rate and deducted from your purchased calling credits.

Admins or users with admin privileges can enable or disable calls for premium domestic numbers via the online account.
  1. Sign in to the online account as an admin.
  2. Go to the Billing > Calling Rates > Domestic Rates.
Go to Domestic rates
  1. Choose the prefix numbers that you want to enable or disable. You can also click the down arrow icon to see the complete list of number prefixes for each destination type.
  2. Click more or the three-dot icon under the Actions column, then click Enable/Disable.
