Purchasing and managing Live Reports licenses

The Admin portal gives you access to modify Live Reports licenses. Live Reports requires additional licensing. A separate license is required for each access account. For example, managers must have a license, and each agent who requires monitoring also needs a license. Licensees must be enabled in Roles and Permissions. Assigning Live Reports licenses

In order for users to access Live Reports, they must be assigned a license to use it.
1. Log in to your online account at www.service.vodafonebusiness.ringcentral.com.
2. From the Admin portal, go to Billing via the top bar.
3. From the left navigation bar, click Live reports. The Live Reports page opens, with a list of purchased Live Reports licenses. Here you can see License Type, Assigned To, Ext, Site, Date Added, and Actions

a. Enter criteria in the Search field to find a specific license. 

4. Under the Actions column, click the three-dot More menu for any unassigned licenses, then click Assign. A list of users displays.
5. Use the radio buttons to the left of an entry to select a user.
6. Click Assign.
Click the More menu in the Actions column to assign a license.
The user list repopulates to show the updated license assignment.

Filtering Live Reports licenses

Filter options let you find a specific user or license.
  1. Log in to your online account at www.service.vodafonebusiness.ringcentral.com.
  2. From the Admin Portal, go to Billing via the top navigation tabs.
  3. From the left navigation bar, click on the Live Reports tab. The Live Reports page opens, with a list of purchased live reports licenses. Here you can see License Type, Assigned To, Ext, Date Added, and Actions
  4. Enter criteria in the Search field.  
  5. Use the drop-down menu in the Sites field to show a list of sites. Choose one or more using checkboxes to the left of each entry, or type your site criteria in the Search field.
Check the box to select a cost center.
The list repopulates with entries for your search criteria.

Unassigning a Live Reports license

To unassign a license, go to the Actions column of the user you want to unassign and click the three-dot More menu. Click Unassign. A pop-up window warns that the license will be unassigned and placed back into your account for future use. Click Confirm to unassign.
Click the More menu in the Actions column to unassign an assigned license.

Deleting a Live Reports license

If you no longer wish to maintain one of your licenses, contact support to remove it.
