Viewing a conversation’s details in the mobile app

The conversation details section is where you can view the members and specific information, such as tasks, events, links, notes, or files shared within a message thread you’re a part of. The details for each conversation can be found by tapping on the conversation’s name at the top or by tapping on the three-dot icon in the top right corner of the app.

Tapping on the conversation’s name will allow you to find information on the members included in that conversation (under the Members section), including the number of members added to that conversation.

Tapping on the three-dot icon will allow you to locate specific information included in a conversation via the tabs you can navigate at the top of the app.

Viewing a conversation’s members

As stated above, members of a conversation can be found by tapping on the conversation’s name at the top. The member’s list also contains your guests — members of the app that have been invited as guests to your account — that is, users not a part of your company.

Members appear with their name and their profile picture. If you’d like to view a member’s profile, visit Viewing user profiles in mobile app.

Viewing the conversation detail tabs

To view the conversation detail tabs, navigate to a conversation and tap the three-dot icon in the top right corner.

You’ll find the following tabs you can navigate between to find specific information included in that conversation:

Files: This tab includes a list of all files and images that have been attached in that conversation
Pinned: This tab includes a list of all conversations that have been pinned by you or another person in that conversation
Tasks: This tab includes a list of all active tasks that have been created in that conversation. Completed tasks are removed from the list
Events: This tab includes a list of events that have been created in that conversation. This list will only include events that haven’t occurred yet
Notes: This tab includes a list of all notes that have been created in that conversation
Links: This tab includes a list of all links that have been shared in that conversation

While under any of these tabs, you can tap on any of the items in the list to reveal actions associated with that item (if any exist). For example, under the Files tab, open an attached file to share it with users, teams, or groups; or save it to your mobile device. You may find some of these actions by clicking the three-dot icon that appears at far right of the item.
