Starting a conference call on behalf of another user

You can easily start a conference call using the HUD in the app for desktop and web.

Note: You need to have the HUD feature enabled. To learn more, visit Enabling the HUD in the app desktop and web.

Starting a conference call

Navigate to Phone via the left navigation bar.
Click the Conference rooms tab.
Hover over the conference room you want to use.
Click Start a conference.

Starting a conference call on behalf of another user

You can only start a conference call on behalf of another user if they have delegate permissions enabled. To learn more, visit How to Assign Call Delegation Assistants or Delegates.

Navigate to Phone via the left navigation bar.
Click the Conference rooms tab.
Hover over the conference room you want to use.
Click Start a conference on behalf of.
