Connecting your Microsoft and Google company directory contacts in the app desktop and web

You can connect your Microsoft or Google calendar to access your Microsoft Global Address List and Google Directory contacts by signing in your Microsoft/Google account in the app.

Connecting your Microsoft Global Address List

  1. Navigate to Settings via the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Click the Calendars and contacts tab from the left pane.
  3. Under the Microsoft section, click the Sign in with Microsoft button at the far right of Account connections.
  4. Ensure that the Global Address List is checked.
  5. Click Connect.
  6. Select or sign in to your Microsoft account, and then click Accept.

Adding your Microsoft Global Address List

If your Microsoft account is already connected, you can simply configure the settings to add your company directory.
  1. Navigate to Settings via the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Click the Calendars and contacts tab from the left pane.
  3. Select Manage under Microsoft.
  4. Click on the check box next to Global Address List.
  5. Click Connect.

Connecting your Google company directory

  1. Navigate to Settings via the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Click the Calendars and contacts tab from the left pane.
  3. Under the Google section, click Sign in with Google at far right of Account connections.
  4. Ensure the box for Calendar is checked.
  5. Ensure that the Directory is checked.
  6. Click Connect.
  7. Select or sign in to your Microsoft account, and then click Accept.
