Editing your profile in the mobile app

Every app user has a profile that can be edited by the user and viewed by others at any time. When you edit your profile, your updated profile information is synchronized across the desktop and mobile apps and your online account. 
 
If you are an SMB customer, you will be asked to review and complete your user profile after activating your user account. 
 
You can edit your profile picture at any time in the mobile app. However, to edit your other profile information like your first name, last name, title, location, or webpage you must log in to app.vodafonebusiness.ringcentral.com or use the desktop app.  
 
Note: If your account doesn’t integrate with the corporate directory, you can change your name, title, location on the mobile app.

Choosing a profile picture for mobile

  1. Tap the Main menu (your profile photo) at the top left.
  2. Tap your profile photo, and then tap the edit icon. 
  3. Select either: 
    • View profile picture: Tap to view current profile picture. 
    • Take new profile picture: Tap to take a new profile picture using your phone’s camera.
    • Select profile picture: Tap to select a profile picture from your phone’s library.
