Vodafone Business UC desktop and web app system requirements

The Vodafone Business UC with RingCentral app is available on three platforms: web, desktop, and mobile (Android and iOS). You can easily switch between devices to take or make calls, check voicemail messages, and connect and collaborate with teams.
 

Vodafone Business UC desktop app

  • Windows 8.1 (64-bit), or higher
  • Mac OS 10.13 (High Sierra), or higher
  • Intel Skylake-class 6th Gen i3, i5, i7 processor, or newer
  • AMD Excavator-class (2015) processor, or newer 
  • 8GB of RAM, or more
  • Bandwidth requirements:
    • For 1-on-1 video meetings: 1mbps download and upload, or better
    • For 1-to-many meetings: 1.5mbps download and upload, or better
    • For 1-to-many meetings using the virtual background feature: 2mbps download and upload, or better
    • For audio-only meetings (camera stream turned off): 512kbps download and upload, or better

You can use the app directly from your browser. The app supports the broswers listed below. Note that unsupported browsers will be unable to access your account.
