Uninstalling existing RingCentral Video or Meetings Outlook add-in | Vodafone

Uninstalling RingCentral Video or Meetings Outlook add-ins 

  1. Open the Outlook desktop or web app.
  2. If you’re using the new Outlook UI, click the ellipsis icon in the top bar, then select Get Add-Ins
New Outlook UI
OR
If you’re using the old Outlook UI, click Get Add-Ins at the top of the app.
Old Outlook UI
  1. Select My add-ins from the left panel.
  2. Search for RingCentral Video for Outlook (for RingCentral Video) or RingCentral (for RingCentral Meetings).
Search add-in
  1. Click the three-dot icon in the lower right-hand corner of the add-in you’d like to uninstall.
  2. Click Remove from the popup menu to uninstall that add-in.
