Adding upcoming meeting widget in app mobile for iPhone and iPad

Users can add a widget that shows their upcoming meetings. This widget can help you keep track of your upcoming meetings without navigating to the app mobile, allowing you to find and join meetings easily from your home screen.
- Tap and hold an empty space on your home screen until the apps begin to jiggle.
- Tap the plus icon at the top left of the screen to open the widget gallery.
- Scroll or search to find the Vodafone with RingCentral widget, then swipe through the size options.
- After selecting the size you want, tap Add widget at the bottom.
- Tap Done.
Once added, you can tap the widget to see a list of your upcoming meetings. You can join a meeting if it is within 30 minutes from the current time.
Note: When the app is running in the background on your device, the widget will update every 30 minutes.
