Filtering the Adoption and Usage dashboards

The Message, Video, and Phone tabs default to data for the Last 7 Days, with filter options to let you see details of any message, video call, or phone call as far back as six months. Additional filters for KPIs are also available to let you tailor your report by a variety of criteria.
The date filter is located above the top navigation bar.

Filtering by date

  1. Navigate to Adoptions and Usage.
  2. Select the Message, Video, or Phone tabs.
  3. Click the date selector to the right of the Adoption & Usage title.
  4. Use one of the predefined filters or select a Custom Range.
  5. To set a custom range using the calendar tool: 
    1. Select a start date for DAY FROM.
    2. Select an end date for DAY TO.
    3. Review the date range as shown in the date range header.
  6. Click Done.

Below the navigation bar, you can set the KPIs fields that let you choose the data you want the report to show.
