Intro to Adoption and Usage

Adoption and Usage is an analytics dashboard for Message, Phone, and Video products that gives insights at various levels of granularity into your organization’s
  • usage levels and patterns,
  • usage preferences, and
  • adoption patterns.
With these insights, you can get a thorough understanding of the levels of engagement with Vodafone Business UC products, identify adoption problems, and leverage best practices of power users to drive optimal adoption. This product will also help you implement initiatives that drive better adoption and track its impact.

You can access Adoption & Usage via the left-hand navigation bar in the Analytics Portal. For more information on how to do this, see Accessing the Analytics Portal.

You can use Adoption and Usage to:
  • Understand the relative adoption levels of Message, Phone, and Video products. 
  • View collected data on usage across the entire organization, department, or site.
  • Dive into the specifics of usage patterns for
    • Message  
    • Phone
    • Video
  • Use widgets to see relative usage behavior across products, and granular data specific to a product.

Recommended users

All Vodafone Business UC customers have access to the Adoption and Usage Analytics dashboard. Access is enabled at the account level and given permission by default as super admin roles. Super Admins can then enable permissions for other roles within your organization on the online admin portal.
Adoption and Usage Analytics is for anyone interested in helping their organization maximize the benefits of using the communication and collaboration product suite. IT admins have access by default. We also recommend providing access to other communication and productivity key decision-makers/drivers, such as:
  • IT administrators and leaders
  • Change management leaders
  • Executives
  • People operations
  • Department heads/leaders
  • Business analysts
