Adoption & Usage: Intro to the Overview dashboard

In the Adoption & Usage report, the first page you see is the Overview dashboard. Overview helps you understand the adoption levels of Message, Phone, and Video products. Widgets display the active and total enabled users across products, along with active user trends. The Department and Site tabs offer active user data by department or by site. The Overview report provides a starting point for your pattern usage analysis in Message, Phone, and Video.
Overview dashboard components
Adoption & Usage is identified in the top left corner.
The top navigation bar shows tabs for additional Adoption & Usage dashboards. Choose any of these to review data for that dashboard.
Widgets
Interactive widgets let you view Adoption & Usage data across your company and across products. Hover over any segment for more detailed information.
- Active Users: Number of users who are actively using Vodafone Business UC products across your company, or across your organizational units such as departments and sites.
- Total Enabled Users: The total number of users who have access to Vodafone Business UC products.
- Active User Trend: The number of active users that engage with the product over specified periods.
- Device Type: The type of devices used by users.
- Usage Frequency: Groups all unique active users into five frequency buckets.
