Viewing your alert notifications | RingCentral MVP

When an alert has been created, our system monitors for the trigger conditions and time frame set for the alert. When an alert condition is met, the system sends a notification via the delivery mechanism you defined, either email or message.

Clicking on the link under Link to the Report in a Message alert or on Go to Report in an email alert takes you to the Quality of Service Calls dashboard, filtered to the specific calls, rooms, RingCentral Video meetings, or devices that resulted in the triggered alert.
