QoS: Core MOS Performance widget 

Core Mean Opinion Score (MOS) refers to the network support structure on which the Vodafone Business UC Points of Presence (PoP) function. This refers to the MOS of audio media sent on Vodafone Business UC cloud and does not include the audio media sent on the public internet, a user’s own network, or the PSTN. The Core MOS Performance widget shows the Vodafone Business UC core Mean Opinion Scores higher than or equal to 3.5, along with average MOS, total number of calls, and total number of legs.  

 

Note: The Vodafone Business UC network does not include the public internet, a customer’s own private network, or the PSTN. 

 

This widget shows data for average MOS performance aggregated over the selected month, with average MOS score, total number of calls, and total number of legs.
