Percent Core MOS Performance widget

Core Mean Opinion Score (MOS) refers to the network support structure on which the Vodafone Business UC Points of Presence (PoP) function. This refers to the MOS of audio media sent on Vodafone Business UC cloud and does not include the audio media sent on the public internet, a user’s own network, or the  PSTN. The Percent Core MOS Performance widget shows the percentage of calls with Vodafone Business UC core MOS higher than or equal to 3.5 in the left circle graph. The right circle graph shows core MOS higher than or equal to 3.8. 

 

Note: The Vodafone Business UC network does not include the public internet, a customer’s own private network, or the PTSN.
