The widget shows a graphical representation of MOS for upstream and downstream call legs.
Reported upstream and downstream scores include Quality of Service information for quality experienced via endpoints, locations used, public WiFi connections, a low bandwidth data connection, or customer uses of narrowband codecs. All legs, including those that are not part of Vodafone Business UC core service, are taken into account. A desirable goal is to maintain an average MOS score of 3.8 over each calendar month for customer sites, uness an exception applies.
