Hiding the video tab in the app

Admins can turn off specific features such as the video meetings feature using custom roles in the Admin portal. Specifically, admins can hide or remove the Video tab.

Note: If admins can’t configure the Video tab, they can contact support to request access.

Hiding the video tab

  1. Log in to the admin portal.
  2. Go to Admin portal > Manage users > Users > Roles.

  1. Choose a Role Name, and click Edit at upper right. 
  2. Under Meetings, uncheck Host and Schedule Meetings.

  1. Click Save.
Note: All users under that role will have their Video tab hidden. Make sure to remove users from that role if they need to retain the video meetings feature.
