  • Support inbound voice and manual outbound (including suggest-to-dial) 
  • Support callback and three outbound dialers (preview, predictive, progressive)
  • Support inbound digital in My messages (SMS, email, web chat, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp channels)
  • Support contact match/search/linking to existing Zendesk records 
  • Log the ended voice and digital interactions to Zendesk as tickets 
  • Localization for RingCX for Zendesk
