Transferring calls using the HUD in the app desktop and web

The head-up display (HUD) in the app allows you to transfer a call to another extension with a few clicks.
Note: You must enable the HUD to transfer calls via the HUD. To learn more, visit

Transferring calls via the HUD
On a live call, navigate to the
Extensions
.
Hover over the user you want to transfer the call to.
Click
Transfer
, then select from the following:
Ask first
Transfer
To voicemail
Transfer options
Ask first
: Talk to the person on the line before transferring. Click
Transfer
to transfer the call.
Transfer
: Automatically transfers to the extension.
To voicemail
: Transfers to the user extension’s voicemail.
