Mobile browser support for VBUC Meetings: Support joining VBUC meetings with major mobile web browsers natively: iOS Safari & Android Chrome, which includes, sign-in support, host and moderator controls.
Delegated Line App support: Delegated line support now includes desktop and mobile applications. Previously the feature was available to only a limited set of supported desk phones.
Invite by Video Call (Desktop App): VBUC desktop application now supports inviting another user in the same account via video call. When participants are waiting for another user, they can simply call them, and users can join with a click.
Live transcription: Italian and Portuguese & French:Support for Italian, Portuguese & French languages when using closed captions or live transcriptions service available within VBUC meetings
Message Threading: Support for message threading in VBUC chat

Download Desktop msi file directly from Service Web: Customer Admins now have the option to download latest desktop MSI file from service web admin portal directly.
Integrations
Ability to route calls towards an external PBX based on prefix/number ranges: Admins now have the ability to configure ranges and or a prefix to route calls to an external PBX. This is available in-service web when Cloud Connector feature is turned on.
Teams Embedded App 2.0 - Audit Trail logging for admins: Admins can view their activities such as installation, uninstallation, first-time deployment etc, performed in the Embedded app admin setup
Core PBX Functionality
Added support for Delegated Lines feature: This feature allows your primary number to appear on different desk phone or applications. With the delegated lines feature, you can: Call on behalf of, Hold and pick up within the group, share lines or barge in.
Calls answered elsewhere (apps and call log): When a user answers an incoming call that is simultaneously ringing multiple endpoints and coworkers, other persons see ‘Answered Elsewhere’ instead of “missed call”.
Restrict Group Extension Members: Restrict which Users can be added to Call queues, Park locations, and Call monitoring groups
Vodafone Global Expansion (Phase 4): Country expansion will add and an additional 12 countries to provide additional user footprint for VBUC customers.
