Vodafone Business UC Core Updates
Administration
  • Enhanced common area (Hot desk) phone number Management: Admins now have the ability to choose which phone number is assigned to Common Area device in service web as part of provisioning flow. 
  • Unified Analytics Access Point in Service Web: Reports tab in service web is renamed to Analytics & Logs to better reflect the menu's contents.
  • Manage user licenses in user profile: Admins can now manage a user’s license type and add-on licenses from the “Licenses” tab in the user profile.
  • Add ARM Desktop app file for download in Service Web: Customers can now download the Windows ARM supported version of the desktop app directly from Service Web.
  • Callback in Call Queue: Admins can enable the callback option for callers in a call queue (feature can be activated upon request, requires premium package).

  • Voicemail Enhancements: Distribution Lists (Personal)
Core PBX Functionality
  • Cloud Connector Call Forwarding Support: Forwarding menu’s in applications and service web will now display cloud connector extensions as forwarding contacts.
  • New BYOC Countries: Malta, Cyprus, Latvia
  • Simultaneous Ring Overflow Call Queues: Overflow call queues are now supported with Simultaneous call distribution.
  • Show CCRN in Apps, Rules, & IVR Menus: Allow Users to search for Contact Center Routing Numbers (CCRNs) in Apps when making and transferring calls.
Device Support
  • SNOM firmware Certification: Certify and deploy latest firmware for SNOM D717,  SNOM D735, & SNOM D785.
  • Yealink T73W, T74W, T85W Certification: New device certification, supported via assisted provisioning.
  • Yealink W59R Pro Certification: New device certification, supported via assisted provisioning.
  • Cisco ATA 191 & 192 Multi User Device Certification: New device certification, supported via assisted provisioning.
  • Generic Firmware updates
Platform Integrations
  • App Connect new third-party adapters: App Connect is launching new third-party adapters, including Zoho from RingClone, ServiceTitan from Gate6, and Smokeball from Ion8. 
  • Admin-level reports in App Connect: Admins within App Connect will now be able to view stats across their entire organization, and drill down to see the stats of any user in their account. 
  • Voicemail Enhancements for Embedded App: Using Embedded app, users can record and send, reply to, and forward voicemail messages (with or without an introduction).
  • Update to latest version of Teams SDK: Update to the latest version of SDK to prevent sudden crashing of Embedded app.
Security
  • Email alerts and audit logs for new App logins: Email notifications will help customers be vigilant about suspicious logins, take corrective actions quickly, and reduce time spent on correlations/investigations.
