Vodafone Business UC Core Updates
Vodafone Business UC Desktop and Mobile applications
  • Invite by Video Call (Desktop App): VBUC desktop application now supports inviting another user in the same account via video call. When participants are waiting for another user, they can simply call them, and users can join with a click. 
  • Live transcription: Italian and Portuguese & French: Support for Italian, Portuguese & French languages when using closed captions or live transcriptions service available within VBUC meetings 
  • Message Threading: Support for message threading in VBUC chat
Administration
  • Caller ID administration enhancements: Quickly update caller ID settings for all phones or features at once. 
  • Emergency Address Verification Improvements: Updated address validation database. Usesr will now be presented with a selection of one or multiple address matches to select the exact match.
  • Bulk delete unassigned extensions: Easily manage unassigned extensions in service web 
Core PBX Functionality
  • Call Queue Enhancement:  Multiple calls per agent: Agents in a call queue can now be configured to receive multiple calls (1-5) concurrently. 
  • Call Queue Enhancement:  Agent availability controls: Admins can now configure which agents can have the ability to turn on/off “Accept Queue Calls” toggle.

Security
  • Restrict Email Domain for Notifications & Other emails: The ability to restrict specific email Domains for an account when generating email notifications 
  • Restrict GeoIP/IP for Apps & Service Web: Network Access controls 
  • Role-based MFA (using authenticator app) policy: Administrators can enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) for specific roles
