RingCX™ from Vodafone Business
Prominent RNA state Indicator: Notifications about RNA are more prominent. Notification is done via a banner & system notification.
Vodafone Theme Updates: The branded red theme now appears consistently across the RingCentral application, including Phone, Video, and the Agent Interface.
Outbound VBUC call while on a RingCX call: User can now dial out via EX while keeping an active CX call
Workflow Palette Redesign: The Workflow Nodes Palette has been redesigned to accommodate a growing number of Action Nodes and Triggers, improving usability and efficiency.
Agent Scripting: Configurable hold on transfer - ability to configure default hold behavior during call transfers.

Embedded Lead List Loader for SalesForce: Upload and manage lead files created within SalesForce directly into campaigns within RCX without ever leaving the SF admin interface.
Embedded Undock Adaptor for SalesForce: SalesForce admins can choose if their agents will utilize the current second iframe view, or an undockable adaptor view bringing all functionality into one screen.
Netsuite CRM Integration with RingCX: Allows agents effectively handle both voice and digital interactions and remain within their CRM while continuing to handle customer interactions via RingCX.
Add corporate directory to dialers for CRM integrations: Enhancement to embedded CRMs’ manual dialer to support corporate directory contact search by number or name
