New outbound option for pass count calculation: We are now providing flexible options how to calculate pass counts on predictive outbound campaigns.
Option to keep Early Media in IVR until live connection: Early media in SIP allows audio content to be transmitted between two parties before a call is fully established.
Dark mode for RingCX in VBUC app: When a user selects dark mode in VBUC desktop app, it will now automatically be applied to RingCX agent tabs.
