Secure Credential Migration: Migrated SFTP/S3 recording-delivery credentials to a secure, masked, and audit-logged storage.
Unified VBUC Contacts: Syncs all agent contact sources (Outlook, Google, Corporate, etc.) into one searchable list in the Integrated Softphone.
IVR Language Consistency: Language settings (ivr.setLanguage) now apply globally to ACD prompts, transcripts, and call summaries.
Dynamic Workflow Parameters: Admins can use runtime variables for node settings, enabling more flexible routing and prompt selection.
