RingCX™ from Vodafone Business

  • Improved keyboard shortcuts for HCI Clicker agents: HCI paced leads will only require one keystroke for clicker agents to dial out on a lead and select the next lead. 
  • Position in Queue: Enhances the existing "Route to Agent" queue event by announcing callers' positions in the queue, improving customer confidence and reducing abandonment rates. 
  • Conditional prompts based on Estimated Waiting Time (EWT): Enhances the existing "Route to Agent" queue event by introducing conditional prompts based on user-defined criteria, such as Estimated Wait Time 
  • Click to launch RingCX Analytics in VBUC Desktop app: Users with permission to access RingCX Analytics can launch it right from the VBUC Desktop app. 
  • Click to launch RingCX Admin in VBUC Desktop app: Users with permission to access RingCX Administrator Panel can launch it right from the VBUC Desktop app.

RingCX Digital

  • Search interactions by client information: Customers want to be able to search existing messages by different contact fields 
  • Expose queue voicemails in email channel: The system converts voicemails from the RCX Queue into email attachments and delivers them to the Inbound Channel

Analytics

  • IVR Survey Result Details: Provides a detailed view of individual survey responses collected through the IVR system. 
  • Outbound Lead List Overview Report: Provides a detailed view of lead list data, including penetration and success rates. 
  • Queue Callback Request Metrics: Introduced new metrics related to queue callback requests, providing deeper insights into callback performance and customer experience within queues 
  • 1-Minute Aggregated Buckets: Introduced 1-minute aggregated bucket attributes for Segment and Agent State datasets, enabling customers to analyze data in precise 1-minute intervals for more granular insights 
  • Last Data Update in R/T Reporting: Introduced the “Last updated” attribute in Real-time Dashboards to display the most recent data refresh timestamp.
