January Release Notes summary

RingCX™ Digital

  • Postmark Alternative with Amazon Simple Email Service (SES): We now support Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) as an alternative email provider option for RingCX.

AI Quality Management

  • New report: Tracker Distribution: A new report that shows which agents handle interactions with specific trackers and how frequently, using three key metrics.
  • AI Scorecards - required and optional questions: AI QM now allows flexibility to mark a scorecard question as mandatory or optional 
  • Role Assignment Enhancements: Enhancements that let customers override permissions for default roles and automatically assign a selected role to newly onboarded AIQM/IA users.

RingCX Analytics

  • Granular Access Control: To align with data security and compliance requirements, we leveraged our existing user roles functionality as a user management system to track user role permissions.
  • Digital Interaction Attributes: Introduced a set of digital interaction attributes that streamline agent auditing across both voice and digital channels. 
  • Category Support: Category support is now available in RCX Analytics, fully integrated as both a reportable attribute and a filter to enable deeper analysis of voice and digital interactions. 
  • Voicemail Product Type & Product Group Type: We have introduced a new Product Type = Voicemail and Product Group Type = Voicemail Group to make it easy to track interactions routed to voicemail. 
  • Transfer Time metric: In addition to the recently introduced Transfer Type attribute, Warm Transfer Type, and Agent Transfer Destination Source Type attributes, we have added a new Transfer Time metric.

Screen Recording

  • Deliver screen recordings to customer’s SFTP or S3: Screen recordings can now be sent to custom destinations, similar to audio recordings.
  • Screen Recording storage stats in the admin page: Provide the current storage size occupied by screen recordings of the sub-account.
