RingCX™ from Vodafone Business

  • RingCX Support for Federated VBUC Directories: RingCX now lets you include contacts from federated VBUC accounts in the RingCX Corporate Directory—an admin-controlled option. 
  • Enhanced Requeue Information for Agents: This update adds real-time queue metrics (within the VBUC app), enabling agents to choose the best queue for each transfer. 
  • Supervisor Category Monitoring: We've added categories to the Supervisor Interactions view. 
  • Workflow: Detailed HTTP Logging via Email: This feature embeds comprehensive HTTP transaction logs directly into workflow debug emails, providing developers with immediate, detailed visibility into all API interactions. 
  • Agent Roles Migration: Streamline agent management with Role-Based Access Control.

RingCX Digital

  • Real-time translation for messaging channels: RingCX will support automatic bidirectional translation for chat-like digital channels.

RingCX Integrations

  • Support for Custom Screen Pop & Search in Salesforce & Hubspot for Inbound Voice: Allow administrators to define matching rules and screen pop behaviors, ensuring agents see exactly the right information at the right time.
  • Support for Custom write back in Salesforce & Hubspot for Inbound Voice: Transforms how you capture inbound voice interactions by empowering administrators to map any RingCX workflow data—call dispositions, IVR responses, and custom outcomes—directly into your CRM fields, turning basic calls into rich business intelligence.

RingCX Analytics

  • Queue Voice Callback report: New Queue Voice Callback (VCB) report designed to track callback requests and their execution details. 
  • API output validation metrics (24) & reports (3): RCX Analytics API v3, now powered by MySQL endpoints to provide a broader and more reliable set of 24 available metrics for downstream integrations. 
  • Workflow support Enhancements: Provide more accurate Workflow tracking, stronger data consistency, and better visibility into end-to-end customer journeys, showing how customers move through both automated and agent-assisted flows. 
  • New Metrics: KPIs set, Cloud/Track->Workflow & Cloud/Track->Q Transfers: These enhancements ensure clearer KPI reporting and deeper insight into transfer patterns across workflows and queues. 
  • Date filter in Dashboards: Today & Yesterday values: Expanded the available Date filter values by adding Today and Yesterday, making it easier to quickly access the most recent activity.
