October Release Notes summary

RingCX™ from Vodafone Business

  • Improved support for desk phones for RingCX calls: RingCX integrates seamlessly with your desk phones via Desk Phone Pairing (DPP) mode in the VBUC application. This integration provides call controls (answer, reject, mute, or transfer) in the app and media going through the device.
  • Sound notification for RingCX calls while on DND: This setting suppresses all incoming call notifications, meaning agents miss critical CX calls since they won't hear the ring notifications in the VBUC app.
  • Disposition categories: This feature allows agents to tag interactions with one or more categories at the time of disposition.
  • Expand message window as a modal: Allows the agent to expand received or sent messages, browse through different messages on same thread, and also expand the compose window in routing mode.
  • New Inbox mode: Thread engagement notification, Search keywords list

RingCX Integrations

  • RingCX Service Now Ability to Customize write back: We have enhanced our voice-call incident capabilities within the ServiceNow operations workspace.
  • RingCX CRMs: Introduce “My Stats” in crm agent: RingCX CRM agents can now access their performance metrics with the introduction of the "My Stats" feature, providing real-time visibility into queue and agent activity directly within their CRM.
  • RingCX for Salesforce CTI Adapter: Support Salesforce’s Do Not Call List: Administrators will gain the ability to set up a scheduled, one-way sync that automatically transfers "Do Not Call" records from Salesforce to the RingCX DNC list.

RingCX Analytics

  • Inbound Interactions Volume dashboard: Productized the Inbound Interactions Volume dashboard to provide a clear and actionable view of inbound performance across queues and agent groups.
  • New Warm Transfer Type attribute: In addition to the existing Transfer Type attribute, we introduced a new Warm Transfer Type attribute that identifies the method used during a warm transfer, with possible values of Consult (Agent speaks with another agent before completing the transfer) or Conference (Agent joins all parties together before leaving the interaction).
  • New Default Format for date-related Metrics: introduced a new default format for date-related metrics: DD:HH:MM:SS. This standardized format ensures greater clarity and consistency across reports, making it easier to interpret durations and compare performance metrics at a glance. Updated 35 Metrics.
