RingCX™ from Vodafone Business
Support for desk phones (DPP): Connect desk phone as audio device.
RingCX Agent OnCall State in VBUC: This feature updates a RingCX agent’s presence in VBUC to red when they’re on a voice call.
Pass count options for leads with multiple phone numbers: Each attempt on a pipe delimited number field, no matter how many numbers are actually utilized in that attempt, to equal 1 pass attempt.
Allow custom lead field to be used in Custom Campaign Criteria: Allow custom inputs in the field dropdown in Campaign Criteria.
RingCX Digital
Identity import for Email and SMS: Admins can now import contact identities into RingCX using a template to import their existing directories.

Cradle To Grave Reporting Drill-down: Introduced an interactive drill-down capability within the Customer Journey Analytics dashboard (Cradle to Grave reporting)
1-Second Granularity Queue Metrics: Introduced 1-second aggregated bucket metrics for Queues, enabling customers to analyze queue performance data in precise 1-second intervals for more granular insights
Queue Performance Reporting: Leveraging the newly introduced Queue Index and Reverse Queue Index attributes, we have enhanced key queue performance metrics to more accurately capture all queue activities and address the distribution of queued interactions.
Outbound Lead List Overview Report: Provides a detailed view of lead list data, including penetration, success rates, and lead pass metrics such as the number of attempts, pass outcomes, and lead handling efficiency.
