RingCX™ from Vodafone Business

  • Outbound: Periodic pass counts with custom time ranges: We have introduced a dynamic max pass control which allows customers to create statements with different intervals.
  • Outbound: Multiple elements in one Customer Campaign Criteria statement: We will now allow for “or” groupings within one comparison.
  • Workflow: Detailed HTTP Logging via Email: This feature embeds comprehensive HTTP transaction logs directly into workflow debug emails, providing developers with immediate, detailed visibility into all API interactions.

RingCX Integrations

  • RingCX Zendesk: Support 2nd iframe Agent Script/Digital Frame: Agents will be able to seamlessly manage interactions across multiple digital channels directly within the RingCX for Zendesk agent interface.

RingCX Analytics

  • Agent Performance in Outbound Campaigns report: To optimize both agent performance and outbound campaign efficiency, we introduced the Agent Performance in Outbound Campaigns report.
  • Customer Journey Analytics enhancement: Enhanced our Customer Journey Analytics dashboard (aka Cradle To Grave reporting) by adding 5 new reports - Interactions by Type, Talk Time by Interaction Type, Interaction Weekly Trend, Weekly Transfers & Interactions by Type Trend
  • First Contact Resolution: Introduced the First Contact Resolution (FCR) feature that provides clear visibility into how effectively customer issues are resolved on the first interaction.
  • Digital Interaction Fields: Introduced a set of digital interaction attributes that streamline agent auditing across both voice and digital channels.
  • Voicemail Recording & Perspective Recording URLs: Introduced 2 new URL attributes to playback and download the content.
  • Hold-related Metrics: Introduced 4 new metrics related to Hold duration.
