  • Expose CNAM lookup via WF JS Interface: Provides a free CNAM lookup function in RCX

RingCX Digital

  • Pre-chat form: Ability to ask visitors to fill a form at the beginning of a chat conversation. 
  • Longer posts for X premium accounts: Post longer tweets
